Run Web Service or REST Service projects using an executable file

I want to Develop an executable file to fetch the total Test suite, Test Case, Test Step and assertion count of a Web Service and REST Service project. Please assist me with how to accomplish this

    More details please? What is currently lacking to execute project? You can use testrunner to execute the project.
