I opened the link but its asking for license number. Sorry to say but i cann't provide license number due to my organization policy.
Any other option for me ?. Although i am pasting ReadyApi.vmoptions file details here for your reference:

Do you use Hyper-V? You can try the following:
1. Increase the # of CPUs
2. Increase RAM
