Re: Order operations alphabetically with patch

Middle of 2019 and this feature is still not available even in the $400 a seat Ready API! product. Seriously? How hard can it be to add a right click sort?

Re: Order operations alphabetically with patch

Hi Guys,

Thanks for posting your requests. I've found that we have this feature request in our DB indeed and added all your votes. Plus, I drew attention of our product team to this feature - they will consider implementing this feature.

"they will consider implementing this feature."

If after reading this thread Smartbear is only considering adding the feature, it makes me wonder what has to be done to get them to actually commit to it. Sounds like we'd have to go protest outside their HQ.

8 years worth of requests and it's only being considered. Smartbear is a slowbear.

Re: Order operations alphabetically with patch

Even the preferences page appears to be scattered randomly without any alphabetizing.

ReadyAPI has lots of bugs and UI issues, and Smartbear hasn't fixed issues that were brought up over 8 years ago.

It appears to me that Smartbear is very disorganized. Even in the data source loop it says "run the iteration even there are not rows to complete it" which is an incomplete rushed sentence and shows the rushed state of things.

Hi @SmartBear217,

It's sad to hear that you are so disappointed with the ReadyAPI. Our team is passionate about product quality, and they always do their best to improve some features and the product itself. I recommend that you submit a support ticket to the ReadyAPI Customer Care team and list all of the issues you faced - https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=readyapi

Re: Order operations alphabetically with patch

Ok thanks. But it doesn't seem that companies in general care about quality as much as they care about hitting dates.
