    There is a link on the page that you referenced in your original post that allows you to download a 14 day free trial licence.

     

    There is an open source version of Soup UI, but this is not as full featured as Ready API, see:

    By default you download the trial version if you are talking about ReadyAPI which is valid for 14 days and after that you need to buy a license.

    And SoapUI is free version but it doesn't have that much of feature as in ReadyAPI.
