A fixed or trial license is only able to be activated for one user/one machine. It appears that you're trying to use the same license from multiple machines or multiple logins.

That's the case. I am using the same laptop! I launch the same program. But somehow my license's gone. I wrote ticket to support. Do you guys have any idea what to do. I reinstalled program, deleted .soapui(or .readyapi), nothing works so far.
