Fixed API Testing vs Floating API Testing

May i ask you if we buy just  Fixed API Testing for now and then if we want to buy API Performance and API Virtualization in the future, is that possible to add these licences to Ready API tool afterwards?

And my second question is as you see below screenshot, ReadyAPI Custom Pricing have CI/CD Pipeline integrations speciality. So i wonder that could we decide the speciality of the licences according to our needs? I mean if we buy basic licences API Testing which is Fixed, is that possible add just CI/CD Pipeline integrations speciality to the Fixed license? If it is, could we learn its price, too.
