OK. I'm glad it has improved at least. For historical reasons, opening/importing project files is a bit slow, especially when you have lots of properties. We may try to optimise that in coming releases.

I look forward to seeing what sort of optimizations can be made in the up and coming releases. Thanks for that information! As for the size of my project, the project itself is a composite project folder. The overall size of the project folder is 28.2MB. The properties themselves  as stored in the file are roughly 7.921MB.
