Building request for REST

am using trial SOAP UI Pro 3.0.1 for REST based Web services testing. have been using fiddler for our testing. 
Having issues with building the request for the below request xml for REST based web services. Unable to extract the parameter....Nothing happens after specifying the url and extract and don't have WSDL. Please let me know if I can define WSDL from the request and/or how to build the request.

when I tried , i am getting request error 400. BTW waht is plain, header etc...in STYLE(request builder).
