Test cycles are confusing

We have around 150 tests, we added them to a cycle and split the test into folders to cover each platform, so now I have nice little progress bars next to each cycle folder. I almost suspect we created our cycle incorrectly, but anyway, we have 3 testers and now I have no easy way of jsut quickly seeing which tests I have "remaining" to still run when I am in the runner I have to click on each test to see it's status. Why is there not a view that shows the status of each test in a long list, and then let's me dive into the runner.... or do I need to use filters? Too many of the tutorial videos gloss over these practicalities in a rush to finish.

    Oh, you can actually see status, it's just really tiny colour stripe to the left, and you cannot sort on it to group them, YAY. Is there a chance we can use a Filter in the test runner in future? Thanks.
