Zephyr Scale make lost main menu when reached

Hi everyone, I've got an issue. I work for a company, which using Jira and Zephyr Scale is management testing tool. But anytimes I click "Test" from main menu, the browser direct to Zephyr Scale automatically without main menu. When I zoom-in and zoom-out Zephyr Scale default screen, the menu appears again. I tried open "Test" in current tab and open in new tab, that issue always happen. 

Click "New Test Case" or any actions, main menu appears again. It just disappear when reaches to the default screen of Zephyr Scale. Any one help, please?

    Hi, my guess would be a browser issue as I assume it's not affecting all users.  Perhaps you have a browser extension running that is causing the issue?  Things you could try:

    • Check if other users in your company have the same issue - it might help you pinpoint the cause if you find someone not experiencing the issue
    • Clear your browser cache and re-try Zephyr
    • Try opening Zephyr in Private/Cognito mode with no extensions
    • Try using another browser
    • Contact SmartBear Support
