Issues with VisualTest, API Key, and Screenshot Management in TestComplete 15.78

Hi everyone,

I’m currently facing several issues with VisualTest in TestComplete (version 15.78).
Our license includes the following features: Desktop, Intelligent Quality, Web, Mobile.

Here are the problems I’m encountering:

1. ACCEPT and REJECT buttons are disabled.
   I cannot approve or reject screenshots during test runs.
2. How can I set a specific screenshot as the baseline image?
   I want to define one screenshot as the reference for future comparisons.
3. How can I remove screenshots from my project?
   I can’t find a clean way to delete old or unwanted screenshots.
4. How can I delete a project from VisualTest?
   There doesn’t seem to be an option to remove a project once it was created.
5. API key issue:
   After entering the API key in the VisualTest setup and clicking “Test API Key”, I get the message:
   “API key is invalid.”
   I have double‑checked the key, but the error persists.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
