Unable to spy or select an infragistic treeview item on window 10, TC12

    Hi All

     

    Thanks heaps for all your replies.  One of my work colleagues in here has figured out the issue.  My Set custom scaling level is scaling up to 250% and my screen resolution is 3840*2160

     

    Now Set custom scaling level is setting at 100% and my screen resolution is 1920*1080, it is working fine

No, it is not.  I have checked all this before. 😪

So, is it not checked?  Or is it not present?  If it's not checked, that's easy. :)  If it's not present, not exactly hard, but a bit more involved.  You need to re-run the TestComplete installer and select "modify" and make sure you select that plug in.

 

All machines that intend to run these scripts need to make sure this is done.

    Do Below Steps

    1)Kill Test complete and Application Processs

    2)launch Application and Run the Suite

    Then Highlight Object as Sys.highlightObject

    if object is not highlighted,it is name mapping problem

     

    or

    if object is highlighted ,its is method problem

    Use "CLICKITEM" OR "SELECTITEM"

      The problem here that I used to be able spy my treeview item on Window7 but I cannot spy on window10 anymore.

       

      Howerver, if I look into my Object Browser Tree, I see my treeview item and I can create mapped object.  Those example I show was freshly created for this demonstrating  purpose, not old one.

       

      I cannot record of any treeview item selection like I do on Window7.   

       

      Please refer to the attachments for the spying issue that I have been mentioning
