I could fix this problem with the help from https://github.com/JDatePicker/JDatePicker/issues/58 and created a pull request for SoapUI: https://github.com/SmartBear/soapui/pull/315. As long as the pull request is not merged, you can build your own working SoapUI for Mac from my fork https://github.com/stranljip/soapui
