Sorry for waiting so long for the answer...
I've managed to recreate the problem when launching the TestRunner, what I don't quite understand is this second part when you manage to get it through, you just run one by one test step in UI right? It's not from the command line or launch TestRunner option?

This instantiating DataSource from launch TestRunner, it might be a bug, we'll dig into it a little more and let you know.
