How to order projects

Just updated SoapUI from V5.5.0 to V5.6.1.

How do I order projects in the Home Screen?  In UI Settings; I toggled on and off the “Order projects alphabetically in tree” and that did not help.   
If I recall correctly, I was able to drag the projects up and down with my mouse in V5.5.0.
