New Support Request page

Hi All

I am new to using the ReadyAPI support webpage.

But is there a trick to get the New Support Request page once completed to provide you with a case number and email indicating that they have even received it?

I have a licence problem, I need to get my access fixed so I can work. I sent through a request 4 days ago, heard nothing, no email, no case number NOTHING.  And again today nothing.

Any information would be appreciated
