aqtime standard - the required aqtime 7 service (x64) is not installed ...

sorry i dont want publish all this information on this forum. here are some information about the os. if you need special infomation like driver, service,  then let me now. i have tried aqtime on windows 7 and windows 2008 server and get the same problem.

i have tried to removed and install the x64 support (change installation) again. both services are in the service snap-in. but when i started aqtime 7 i got the error message which you can see on the picture.

Thank you for the information and the image. However, I am not sure what you mean by "change installation". Could you please clarify this?



At the moment, two packages of AQtime Standard are shipped: x86 and x64. Also, when installing the x64 version of AQtime, you can check or uncheck the Windows x64 Support installation option.

In this case, running the DebuggerService7x64.exe executable with the -service parameter (as I suggested you in one of my previous posts) helped. Have you tried this?

in windows you can deinstall, repair or modify a installation. i have tried it with modify. after then i got this error message, which you can see on the picture.



i have tried the command "DebuggerService7x64. exe -service" too, but nothing happens.



so i think i have to work with the x86. thats ok :(



i have sent a mail to the support for getting a aqtime 7 pro student licence.

okay i have checked it. I have installed the trail x64 version, but i have the same problem. the x64 service isnt installed. so i get the same error message. perhaps i can try it on a seperate machine, later.



perhaps this problem is caused by old registry entries or something else from the first installation of aqtime 7 Std x86 ???

When you installed AQtime x64 Pro Trial on your machine, did you check the Windows x64 Support installation option?

Was it checked by default?

Do you have the AQtime 7 Service (x64) service installed if you check this option?

Can you run it manually?

Can you install and run it by executing the DebuggerService7x64. exe -service command?

the installation option "x64 support" was checked.



i have tried to start the service manual and with -service but it doesnt work. the serivce cant be stated.



but i have checked the windows event log and found a interesting error message log:

Just to clarify - when exactly the error occurs with AQtime Pro Trial: when you run AQtime or when you try to start profiling of your application?

the program is running. the error occurs on starting the profiling a x64 executable.



when i try to start this service manuel i get the same error.
