Sequence in JUnit-Style HTML Report
I want to changethe order of executed TestSuites that I see in my "JUnit-Style HTML Report". The sequence of TestSuites I see in the generated report is no the same as the real executed sequence in my project. The order in the report is alphabetical, not chronological. I use it in a commandfile like this: "C:\Program Files\SmartBear\ReadyAPI-1.7.0\bin\testrunner.bat" "D:\xxx\" -E "Test" -f %ReportLocation% -R "JUnit-Style HTML Report"1KViews0likes0CommentsSequence in JUnit-Style HTML Report

I only have a few tips for you: Please don't be impatient. It's not a direct request-reply community ;-) You're very generic in your description. Can you make a screenshot of the content of your TestCase?8 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions1.2KViews0likes0CommentsRe: DataSink: Timestamp in filename
[SOLVED] Created a DataGen Step with a script-property "CurrentTimestamp" and the following code: def timestamp = new java.text.SimpleDateFormat('yyyy-MM-dd.HH.mm.ss') return timestamp.format(new Date()) Used in the DataSink Step as output path: H:/PATH/Output/MembershipOptions_output${DataGen#CurrentTimestamp}.xlsx8 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions2.9KViews1like0CommentsRe: DataSink: Timestamp in filename
UPDATE: I have this defined as Custom Property on TestCase level: Name = CurrentTimeStamp Value = ${=new java.text.SimpleDateFormat(“yyyy-MM-dd’T’HH:mm:ss”).format(new Date()) And this code as Out Filename in the DataSink Step: H:/Path/Output/MembershipOptions_output${#TestCaseName#CurrentTimeStamp}.xlsx Still it's not generating any timestamp in the filename...8 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions2.9KViews0likes1CommentDataSink: Timestamp in filename
Hi all, In a testcase, I have a Datasink step, where I want to save data I've collected form DataSource Step and data from executed REST Request TestStep. Every time the testcase/Datasink is executed, I want a unique outputfile to be created with a timestamp in the filename: TestCase -> DataSource -> REST GET Request -> Groovy Script -> Datasink I wonder if it is possible to add some variable(s) to the "Out file" field of the Datasink? Any examples how to approach this?Solved8 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions2.9KViews0likes2CommentsRe: [Ready! API 1.7.0.] Gouping Assertions result in Java-error
[Problem Solved] After starting up SoapUI today, I opened my Assertion TestStep and managed to put the two separate asserttions in one group, without any exception in the Ready! API-log.8 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions1.4KViews0likes0Comments[Ready! API 1.7.0.] Gouping Assertions result in Java-error
Hello Support Team, Today I've updeted to the latest version of Ready! API 1.7.0. Now I'm working on two assertions within a group, so that at least one assertion must evaluate to VALID to assert a group PASSED condition. After defined both of the assertions in the Assertion Teststep, I can select both and click the Group Assertions Icon. After setting the operation and clicking OK-button, notthing happends, no activation of "Assertion TestStep window". When I look in the (clean) Ready! API-log after this, I see this exception below: Wed Apr 20 14:50:06 CEST 2016:ERROR:Uncaught exception in Thread "AWT-EventQueue-0": java.lang.NullPointerException at com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.teststeps.assertions.GroupAssertion.configure(GroupAssertion.java:241) at com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.teststeps.AssertionTestStep.groupAssertions(AssertionTestStep.java:375) at com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.panels.teststeps.AssertionTestStepDesktopPanel$GroupAssertionsAction.group(AssertionTestStepDesktopPanel.java:159) at com.eviware.soapui.impl.wsdl.panels.teststeps.AssertionTestStepDesktopPanel$GroupAssertionsAction.actionPerformed(AssertionTestStepDesktopPanel.java:142) at javax.swing.AbstractButton.fireActionPerformed(Unknown Source) at javax.swing.AbstractButton$Handler.actionPerformed(Unknown Source) at javax.swing.DefaultButtonModel.fireActionPerformed(Unknown Source) at javax.swing.DefaultButtonModel.setPressed(Unknown Source) at javax.swing.plaf.basic.BasicButtonListener.mouseReleased(Unknown Source) at java.awt.AWTEventMulticaster.mouseReleased(Unknown Source) at java.awt.Component.processMouseEvent(Unknown Source) at javax.swing.JComponent.processMouseEvent(Unknown Source) at java.awt.Component.processEvent(Unknown Source) at java.awt.Container.processEvent(Unknown Source) at java.awt.Component.dispatchEventImpl(Unknown Source) at java.awt.Container.dispatchEventImpl(Unknown Source) at java.awt.Component.dispatchEvent(Unknown Source) at java.awt.LightweightDispatcher.retargetMouseEvent(Unknown Source) at java.awt.LightweightDispatcher.processMouseEvent(Unknown Source) at java.awt.LightweightDispatcher.dispatchEvent(Unknown Source) at java.awt.Container.dispatchEventImpl(Unknown Source) at java.awt.Window.dispatchEventImpl(Unknown Source) at java.awt.Component.dispatchEvent(Unknown Source) at java.awt.EventQueue.dispatchEventImpl(Unknown Source) at java.awt.EventQueue.access$500(Unknown Source) at java.awt.EventQueue$3.run(Unknown Source) at java.awt.EventQueue$3.run(Unknown Source) at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method) at java.security.ProtectionDomain$JavaSecurityAccessImpl.doIntersectionPrivilege(Unknown Source) at java.security.ProtectionDomain$JavaSecurityAccessImpl.doIntersectionPrivilege(Unknown Source) at java.awt.EventQueue$4.run(Unknown Source) at java.awt.EventQueue$4.run(Unknown Source) at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method) at java.security.ProtectionDomain$JavaSecurityAccessImpl.doIntersectionPrivilege(Unknown Source) at java.awt.EventQueue.dispatchEvent(Unknown Source) at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.pumpOneEventForFilters(Unknown Source) at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.pumpEventsForFilter(Unknown Source) at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.pumpEventsForHierarchy(Unknown Source) at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.pumpEvents(Unknown Source) at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.pumpEvents(Unknown Source) at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.run(Unknown Source) Any with suggestions to solve this?Solved8 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions1.5KViews0likes1CommentRe: How retrieve data source automatically once soapui starts up
Ehhm, that very limited information and a strange situation. Why do you want to do this? You could put all (how much are there?) DataSources in one TestCase. Then you have to press only one button to execute all sources.8 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions2KViews0likes5CommentsRe: Data not transfered
NataliaB Yes, came to this solution this morning after a good night of sleep:smileyvery-happy: Removed the "Dynamic Properties"-stuff and added a parameter with HEADER style. This one can be used in the PropertyTransfer.8 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions1.4KViews1like0Comments
