Is the release of the new QAC version (11.0) a fact?
We've received informaiton that the new version of QAComplete is about to be released today (12-Apr-2016).
We're waiting inpatiently for the new features related with report customizations, which will solve many issues that our organization experience.
IS there formal/informal information what new version insludes and is the upgrade to next version free?

We just released the QAC 11.0 SaaS Edition and are performing final acceptance testing for the Enterprise (on premise) version, specifically around areas required for the on premise edition (installation, upgrades, etc.).
The QAC 11.0 Enterprise Edition should be available shortly. For the time being, as a reference, here is a link to the QAC 11.0 User's Guide.
