How can I clone a project?

I need to clone a project, but not just the folder structure and custom fields and such.

I need the new project to have also all the Releases, Requirements, Test Cases and, most importantly, the links between them that the original source project has.

 

What is the simplest way of doing this?

    One way I have used is to take a copy of the project file and to simply rename the copy to whatever you want the new project to be called.

     

    This preserves all of the settings and any stored values such as usernames and passwords.
