What is the best way to manage data sets in QA Complete? (one test - multiple data sets)

Our tests often have large data sets associated with a single test.  The data sets will have the same expected test results.

For example, when processing orders we have a complex rules based pricing engine that prices items based on customer or item(s) in the transaction.

What is the best way to manage data sets in QA Complete?

I have noticed you can upload files against tests - is there any other method that can be used?
