TestComplete does not post log reports to QAComplete.

Now I'm testing the integration of TestComplete and QAComplete. 

I have the following issue: 


 


I'm using the evaluation version of TestComplete 10.50.2702.7 and with QAComplete - the SAAS version - 9.9.5, build - 9.9.69. I have downloaded and installed the Automated Testing Bridge version 9.8.6 - from here http://www.softwareplanner.com/downloads/AutomatedTestingBridgeSetup.msi


Fill in the details of the Registration Form - web service address - http://ws.softwareplanner.com/psWS.asmx. Enter email and password. Click Load Project and select my project from QAComplete. Then, I enter the correct PJS directory and host name. Select Run with - TestComplete 10. Active is checked. Click Ok - Your registration information has been successfully saved. Restart service - Automated Testing Bridge - which collects and imports test items and test results to Software Planner.


 


With TestComplete 10 I am running the tests from the "organize tests" area. And reports do not send to QAComplete.

 


Please, tell me, what am I doing wrong? Had anyone similar experience? How to get out of this situation? Or are there other ways to send reports in QAComplete?

    Hello Otve,

     

    The Automation Testing Bridge is the legacy integration for QAC/TestComplete. You will want to uninstall it, and download the new Test Agent integration from within the application (Test Management > Test Hosts >  Download Test Agent).
