Unable to export the result to PDF format

Hi Team, 

 

I had executed a run for 250 users and when i troed to Export the resuly to PDF format I was unable to export it. Was getting timeout error.

    Hi , 

     

    i also experienced this . We run 2000 vus for 4 scenarios for 30 mins, and after it was done. I tried to export result to PDF and got error message : out of memory. 

     

    Do you have any suggestion to solve the problem?

        Hi NP1

        If i remember correctly, basically customer support asked us to check the Flash player version to be the latest and make sure it is enable in IE. Then they suggest we update our 4.4 LC to  LC version 4.5 and reproduce the problem, fortunately we always successfully export the result to PDF format.
