cannot find the object

i use one file to indentify the whole objects

but when i use one object that TestComplete indentify, it just cannot be foundCapture1.PNG

 

but when i deactive the btnMainMenu, the scipts works fine. so the btnMainMenu is the proble,

how could this happen? i mean all the alias is identified through testcomplete. so there should not be identification proble,

 

 

and the second problem is that the MainMenu button exists in different forms, but these buttons are indentified the same one'

when i use the mainmenu button in different form, i found that this button is not found.

so how can i identify the same button in different page?

    Hi,

    Try troubleshooting the issue in the following way:

    1. Execute your test to reproduce the issue.
    2. Navigate to the corresponding error in the Test Log.
    3. Click the Additional Info tab of this error – you should get a detailed description of why you get this error, as well as the list of steps that can help you resolve it.

    Does it help?

    If it doesn’t, post here the text from the Additional Info tab.
