Local Client load review - number limit.

Question

We have several hundred users that are located in India that have to use this code review environment in San Diego that have dozens of reviews that they are connected to that are in several different states. We mainly use this tool with perforce, and when it’s connected it attempts to load every single review in case someone wants to upload changes to them. Can we have the local client only load the last 20 or so active reviews in the system.
