Automatic logoff

Is there a setting to automatically log of inactive users? Or perhaps set a timelimit?

 

We have users who forget to logoff blocking other users from logging on when we hit our license limit.

    Hi Tim,

     

    Sorry for the late reply. For our floating license model, there's a 1 hour timeout period built-in. This will automatically log out an inactive user after 60 minutes.

      Is the 1 hour timeout adjustable?  Is there a configuration file where it can be changed to a smaller or larger value?
