My ocx control crashes Excel - How to find why

Hello,

I'm building an ocx control that is hosted in Excel (it is build in old vb6). 

Everything works fine when I place this control on workbook and use it, but sometimes when I close Excel. Excel closes but after few seconds it gives me the message:

Microsoft Excel has stopped working

And Excel restarts itself.

I have opened a workbook in excel that holds this ocx, set some property values and close it. This all inside AQTime Allocation profiler (don't know if this is the right profiler for this problem)

The ocx control is VirtualForm1.2.ocx

In att is a html export of all events that AQTime has captured.

Can someone read this file and maybe tell me why my ocx crash excel on exit?
