Code Review Time Calculation

- Is it possible to calculate time taken by the reviewer to review the complete code?
- What if, reviewer has reviewed some part of code on day 1 and rest on next day? Does it calculate time, from start of code review till the end or when reviewer logs in?

Support for multiple projects

Hi,

- Is it possible to initiate seperate review process for multiple projects/modules using same group of reviewers?
- Is it possible to have single code review process, from multiple repositories like SVN or ClearCase?
- Related to above 2 questions, Is it possible to have reports for different projects/modules?

Code Review Yield

Hi,

I am trying to investigate further on the feasibility of PeerReviewer tool use in my project. As a part of quality process in my project, I need to calculate the Code Review Yield (CRY).
- Is it possible to get the "Code Review Yield" after the completion of the code review process?
- Is it possible to initiate the code review of the partial code of one cpp/java file?

Can I finish review current phase without logging in as "author"?

I'm trying to automatically (trough Perl script) create a review and assign it for inspection when a Synergy CR reach a given state.
I was able to create the review using 'ccollab admin review create' but when I try to 'finish' the 'Planning' phase it requires to be logged in as review author user.
Is there any way of running the 'finish' command without being logged in as 'Author', for instance as 'admin' in order to reach the 'Inspection' state? (the script will be run on a server and not on developer ws).

Integration options

Our company uses Code Collaborator to review automated (TestComplete) and manual scripts (Word). These scripts are then placed into QAComplete and a link is provided to the Code Collaborator session. With the advent of Smart Bear and AutomatedQA joining up, it seemed that a possible progression would be for their products to integrate together. Is there plans to integrate either Code Collaborator or PeerReview Compelete with QAComplete or any Software Planner versions?

Is "PeerReview Complete" right for us?

I am currently doing an internship at Generali Informatic Services and am tasked to investigate tool solution which support the review process. The idea is to replace our currently used "Excel-VBA-based review environment" due to the high maintenance efforts and lacking user comfort which derives from this solution.

While searching the internet I found your solution which sounds very promising. Therefore we would like to see if your solution fulfills our requirements. For this I would appreciate if we could get some more detailled information and/or a live demo about your solution? I would also be glad if you could get in touch with me first to discuss our requirements in more detail.

Suggestions on use of PeerReview

We've been using Peer Review for about two months and the team has really taken to the tool and the process. However, we've run into an issue that is a little perplexing. We seem to have difficulty completing reviews. By this I mean that most reviews go on with useful discussion for longer than is probably helpful. This is a nice change from the barely minimal code reviews we were doing before turning to Peer Review.

My question is: Is there a best practice means of terminating a particular review without stifling the utility of the review? For the moment, I have set the default review deadline to 2 weeks and instructed the review authors to convert reviewers to observers unless the reviewer has logged defects during the review. This seems like a work around and I'm looking for something more like a "button" or trigger that terminates the review.

Any input will be greatly appreciated!

Installation on SQL Server

Just reviewed the user manual and you basically say point at SQL Server and it magically creates everything you need.
The issue with the manual and installation application is you don't ask for the login permission to be able to create the database and it does not error when it does not create the database. Unless this happens after when you launch the application for the first time which I didn't find clear and I don't get that result.

We are setting up with app server to sql server on seperate boxes.
SQL Server 2008 and we did the jdbc copy using just the sqljdbc4.jar for Java 6
The page is blank when we navigate to it which I believe is because there is no database, correct me if I am wrong.
