With a Keyword test, you have the availability in the right-click context menu: Show In Name Mapping Editor or Show In Object Browser for an UI-item.
In Script tests however, these right click menu options are not available for UI-items.

Not sure if I fully understand this, but if you were to press and hold Ctrl and hover over your name mapping, it will highlight the name. If you then click that name, it will take you to the name mapping. You can then locate the mapped object in Object Browser
