Is Zephyr Scale Down?

Question

I started seeing an issue on Monday 13Feb2023 where every now and then Zephyr Scale goes down. The outage only lasts 10 minutes or so, and then I am able to access Zephyr Scale again. Is anyone else having this issue?

SmartBear, is there a ticket that is tracking this issue? What is the status?
