Hi Aurelien,
To speed up the process of releasing the licenses, you can consider stopping/starting the license server. We have a sample demonstrating how to automate this process: http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/9044/

Thanks for you answer, and sorry for the late response...
I have included the steps to restart TestComplete Service and it seems that the server update faster the licenses status.I do not have license issue anymore.
