Read through Name Mapping and make sure you understand it.

I'm not sure if you really need Name Mapping - Extended Search enabled.

Verify that the mapped object has the correct property values to identify the UI object. And ensure the parent mapped object is correctly identified too. See Check for Objects Whose Mapping Criteria Require Updates
