Problems trying to upgrade TestComplete from 10.4 to 10.60.

Hi,   I am trying to upgrade TestComplete from 10.4 to 10.6.   1/ I load Testcomplete, and choose the menu option Help/Check for Updates option.   2/ After a short time the error message appear...

Hello BernardFanthom,

 

 

It could be the firewall preventing TC from connecting to the internet, I suggest you to contact the network admin. As a last resort, you may also download a full and updated version of TC and install it as you did the first time you have installed Testcomplete.

    Another way is to login into the SmartBear account and download the installation file from there: https://my.smartbear.com/
