Soap UI with bulk requests!!!

My web service supports requests in bulk (there is list of items, which can come n time in the request).
1. My problem is, how to define the base template in this case.?
2. Also how can i ignore one item/tag from the request, so that Soap UI will treat it as the field itself has not provided in the request rather than sending it as blank.
