TimeOut exception thrown while trying the run the testsuite using runner.bat file via command line

Question

HI, While I am trying to run the test suite over the GUI ,soap request has exceuted with out any issue but while truing to run over the command line follwing error is thrown:

that might be a networking issue between your computer and the API, or the API wasn't up for some period.

In such cases, I recommend doing another diagnostics, e.g., using ping and other networking tools.

if you can reach the API in GUI and come across a timeout in test runner, I would suspect a difference connectivity configuration, especially proxy.

Can you check if you are using proxy in GUI and how is that in the test runner?

KarelHusa&nbsp;,I am sure, I was not running proxy in GUI and script seem to run fine when I rerun back again over the command line. Seem to be an intermittent issue. I am unable to understand what is the root cause of this issue?
