Do you have any errors in the Error log? This may help us find where the issue is at.
This does look like a system-specific bug through, so feel free to contact out support team and ask them for a solution. They should be able to help you find where the issue is and maybe create the maintenance build with the appropriate fix.

Hi Thanks for your reply.
I tried seeing logs, but nothing showing up there. Also tried seeing windows event logs if i could see something there, nothing help.
However I ran the windows updates and post that i have started seeing preferences screen.
