SOAPUI-NG-PRO: Blank preferences screen in windows 10

OS : Windows 10 Enterprise, 64 Bit

Ready API Version : 1.90

 

I am facing an issue on windows 10 with ReadyAPI, When we click on preferences screen, its not showing up and content, only blank screen is showing up (see attached screen shot).

 

Would appreciate any solution/workaround for this issue.

    Do you have any errors in the Error log? This may help us find where the issue is at.

     

    This does look like a system-specific bug through, so feel free to contact out support team and ask them for a solution. They should be able to help you find where the issue is and maybe create the maintenance build with the appropriate fix.

      Hi Thanks for your reply.

       

      I tried seeing logs, but nothing showing up there. Also tried seeing windows event logs if i could see something there, nothing help.

       

      However I ran the windows updates and post that i have started seeing preferences screen.
