Requirement# associated with Id

On the requiremensts tab, under show requirements, if I open a requirement there is a blue title bar across the top which begins with Requirement #(ID) - then the title.  Since my requirement numbers are determined by another tool (Req Pro), I would like to remove the reference to the ID number.  I can create my own custom field to hold the requirement number, but I can't hide that ID in the title bar, is there anyway to hide it?
