[CodeReviewer] 'Run All Diagnostics' not returning

I had my system administrator bounce the server that our instance of Code Collaborator (v7.0.7022) is running on.

 

After it came up, I launched “RUN ALL DIAGNOSTICS” from the Diagnostic Utility page.

 

It’s been two hours, and the “RUN ALL DIAGNOSTICS” call has not finished, nor has it returned any data.

 

Any suggestions?

    Support Replied: The most graceful approach is to stop the service.

    We recommend only running the diagnostics when instructed to do so by SmartBear Support. If you have a specific issue or question that prompted you to run the diags, please send us a description of the issue you're seeing along with your server logs so we can take a closer look.
